Gayle Beebe is the president of Westmont College and author of The Crucibles That Shape Us.  In this conversation, and he shares some of the ways he has had to lead through tragedy and crisis.  He unpacks concepts like competing commitments which are exposed in times of crisis.  He talks about the importance of having processing partners in our leadership.
